平素よりBAY-SHOTをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

このたびBAY-SHOTは、2026年7月末をもって営業を終了し、8月末をもって退去する運びとなりました。

これまで漏水被害の影響が長期化する中で、営業継続に向けた改善や協議を続けてまいりましたが、今後の運営継続が困難であると判断し、苦渋の決断ではございますが閉店を決定いたしました。

会員の皆様には、多大なるご迷惑とご心配をお掛けしますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。

なお、7月末までは通常営業を継続予定です。 最後まで可能な限り通常通りご利用いただけるよう運営してまいります。

また、月会費・オプション契約・ロッカー契約等につきましては、会員マイページよりお手続きいただけます。

【重要】 ・2026年7月末をもって営業終了予定 ・2026年7月10日までに退会手続きをされた場合：7月末退会 ・2026年7月11日以降の退会手続き：規約上は翌月末扱いとなりますが、営業終了に伴い個別に対応させていただきます

回数券・未使用チケット等をお持ちの方につきましては、別途ご案内または個別にご相談を承ります。

短い期間ではございますが、最後まで誠実に営業・対応を行ってまいります。

Dear BAY-SHOT Monthly Members,

Thank you very much for your continued support and for being a valued member of BAY-SHOT.

We regret to inform you that BAY-SHOT will officially cease operations at the end of July 2026 and vacate the premises by the end of August 2026.

Due to the prolonged impact of the water leakage issues affecting the facility, we have continued discussions and efforts to maintain operations. However, after careful consideration, we have determined that it will be difficult to continue operating the business going forward.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this may cause to all members.

Please note that we plan to continue normal operations through the end of July 2026, and we will do our best to maintain our services until the final day of business.

Regarding membership subscriptions, optional services, and locker contracts, cancellation procedures can be completed through your member portal.

[Important Information]

Business operations are scheduled to end on July 31, 2026.

Members who complete cancellation procedures by July 10, 2026 will have their membership terminated at the end of July.

Cancellations submitted on or after July 11, 2026 are normally processed at the end of the following month under the membership terms; however, due to the closure, we will handle such cases individually.

If you hold unused tickets, packages, or other prepaid services, please contact us separately so we can discuss the available options.

Although our remaining time is limited, we are committed to continuing operations sincerely and responsibly until the very end.
